Our General Contracting & Construction Management Teams were chosen to design and build an open concept office in Langley, BC. This project was special as the office was going to be designed for our team!

With our recent growth and expansion at Mgmt, our team needed a larger office that was designed for our future growth. Our team was able to transform a traditional warehouse and retail space into a modern open concept office. This project was special for us as we sourced and designed all of the furniture and millwork internally. Our goal was to have a large modern open-concept office that supported our communication and work styles. With 18ft high ceilings, we created a layout that opened up the work areas. With floor to ceiling windows on the ground floor, we positioned all of the desks and communal areas to capture the natural light throughout the day. This project was a success and our team was happy to move in on December 1 2017!

Whenever you take a warehouse and try and turn it into an office space,  there are challenges that arise. From dealing with strata requirements and electrical and plumbing issues, our team used innovative techniques and materials to transform the space.
