This was a unique project that involved the majority of our Mgmt Team. Taking a piece of land, and transforming it into 9 separate units involves a lot of different staff, trades, consultants and creative staff.
Our construction management team was extremely valuable on this project providing the planning and estimating for the pre-construction phase. Mgmt Group was utilized as the construction manager for this project. Responsible for the coordination and management of the build from dirt to final delivery. In total, the project will provide 9 homes with an average living space of 3500-4500 Square Feet. Each home will be situated on a landscaped yard around a 4000-4200 Sq Ft yard. This project is scheduled for completion in early 2018.
The Mgmt Difference
There were a lot of interesting challenges on this project that required a team of multiple professionals. One of the challenges was working in a congested work environment, where multiple building activity was happening in the area. This required detailed work coordination and safety guidelines to ensure the work was completed on time and on budget. Our team was able to utilize our internal resources to keep the project organized and moving forward. As the project nears completion our internal Landscape Team will be introduced for the last details and ensure the installation of a beautiful yard and presentation. We are excited to see this project completed.
