Growing up around heavy equipment Earle’s interest in the field began at an early age and a career in the industry was a natural progression. Earle now has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry working on projects across Canada. Earle knows the importance of an organized site, committed staff and well maintained equipment. In his role as Manager of Civil Operations with The Management Group, Earle is the team lead for all site servicing and civil / excavation work. Earle has worked on a wide variety of projects from small civil projects to LNG projects worth over a billion dollars. His vast experience has provided him with a deep knowledge base and skill-set of the civil contracting industry from environmental remediation and excavation to laying underground utilities and creating roadways allowing him to efficiently and effectively plan, schedule, budget and design these large scale projects. He is highly skilled and a valued leader of The Management Group team.
