When not acting as a construction manager or general contractor our team is able to provide various “construction services” for partners when needed. This allows our team to work on projects in a specific capacity and scope. With our independent divisions such as landscaping and civil excavation, we have the opportunity to be the first in and last out in our projects. Civil and Excavation Services
We provide expertise in earthworks, site preparation, civil construction demolition and land development. With a diverse fleet of over 50+ pieces of equipment and trained operators, we can handle various commercial and residential projects. By having an internal excavation division, MGMT Group is able to be the first team on the ground for a start of a project which allows us to have more control over general schedules and the quality on site. Landscaping is our largest independent division. This division supports the majority of our construction projects and property management portfolio. Servicing the commercial and residential sectors, our team is able to handle large and complex independent projects. With trained staff, product inventory and internal equipment our team is able to provide landscape construction and ongoing residential and commercial maintenance services throughout Western Canada. Our internal landscape division allows us to be the last team on the project. This permits our team to complete the small items and final details, ensuring a great hand off to our clients.
The Management Group has a fleet of over 50+ pieces of general equipment. From heavy duty trucks and farm equipment with experienced operators to attachments and tools.
